Selecting ceramics for the house - Round 1

Today we paid our first visit to the ceramics store to have a look at the options we can choose from. Although there is enough time for us to finalize the details about ceramics, wall paint, wall papers, etc. we thought that we should at least start looking for the available options to choose from. We need to finalize these details by 2nd week of September, but as I know from the kitchen experience, it is never an easy decision to make when there are so many options to choose from.

So we went to KakelService in Nättraby. The best part was that it is in Karlskrona, so we didn't have to travel hundreds of kilometers like we had to do for planning the kitchen. As usual, Ana couldn't control her anxiety after looking at so many options to choose from. But we had to hold our horses. Although there were so many options and some of them were really beautiful, the prices of the ceramics is what gave us a reality check.
One thing is for sure, ceramics are not cheap. And our budget was a moderate 300SEK/sqm, which reduced our range of options to a few ceramics. And not all of these in our range were as beautiful as the other pricey ones that we liked. But luckily there was a summer sale on some of the pricey ones and their price was reduced. These were in our budget too. So we discussed with the sales lady and explained her what kind of ceramics we would prefer in the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and the entrance of the house.
The sales lady was very helpful and gave us good tips on selecting different types of ceramics for different rooms. She showed us many options which were a bit more expensive than what we were prepared for, but that additional cost was adjusted with other cheaper ceramics that we could choose for the laundry room. So it was a add some and remove some kind of discussion. And then we finally agreed on some ceramics to begin with. Its not a final decision yet, but we have to start somewhere.
For the kitchen wall

For the entrance of the house

For the bathroom on the lower floor

For bathroom on the upper floor

The sales lady looked satisfied with what she had presented to us, but Ana still was not sure. She had an eye on those ridiculously expensive ceramics which we could not afford. But then, this was just our first round to the ceramics store. I am sure Ana would like to have at least 3 to 4 rounds more before we make a final decision.
